Associate HR Executive(Trainee)

The Associate HR Executive (Trainee) is a key member of the people management and technical development teams, as well as an contributor to the company brand and works closely with the product, engineering teams and quality departments. He/She is responsible for developing efficient people management and technical development strategies that support company brand image. Must learn new skills by going through various technology sessions and should able to build strong technical foundation..

Job Responsibilities :

• Participate in hiring of the technical teams • Demonstrate confidence in smooth on boarding of the resources at all levels • Help resources to adhere to the company policies and procedures • Proactively motivate employees through continuous virtual engagement programs and enlightenment • Learn from mistakes and improve the processes, and procedures etc. • Must be an individual contributor with a high sense of ownership • Strong attention to detail

Qualification :
