3. miniGCC and Offshore Services

When operating a miniGCC (Global Capability Center) for your organization, BRR Softwares acts as a data processor for any employee or operational data generated within the GCC. We adhere to local Indian data protection laws and international standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) depending on client requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Sub-processors

We may share data with trusted sub-processors (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to host our SaaS products (like BrrLMS and BrrCRM) and run machine learning workloads. All sub-processors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
