1. Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)

In strict compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act) in India, and equivalent global standards, BRR Softwares maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of sexual harassment. This applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors in our physical offices, miniGCC setups, and remote work environments.

An Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been established to provide a safe, confidential mechanism for reporting and redressing grievances related to sexual harassment.

2. Prohibition of Religious Proselytizing and Coercion

BRR Softwares is a strictly secular and professional organization. We respect the personal beliefs of all our team members; however, the workplace must remain free from religious coercion or proselytizing.

Any attempts at forceful religious conversion, aggressive proselytizing, or pressure applied by one employee upon another regarding religious beliefs are strictly prohibited. BRR Softwares categorically disassociates itself from any such activities. Any employee engaging in such behavior acts entirely outside the scope of their employment, without the company's knowledge, consent, or endorsement, and will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, including termination.

3. Reporting and Disciplinary Action

Employees facing any form of harassment, whether sexual, religious, or otherwise, are encouraged to report the incident immediately to HR or the ICC. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality and without fear of retaliation. Proven violations of this policy will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
