Standard guidelines covering equal opportunity hiring, background checks, and offboarding procedures.
Last Updated: July 2026
BRR Softwares is an equal opportunity employer. All hiring, promotion, and termination decisions are made strictly on the basis of merit, competence, and business needs. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, or disability.
Because our teams handle highly sensitive enterprise data, AI infrastructure, and operate within miniGCCs for our clients, all employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and employment verification.
USA Operations: Employment with BRR Softwares in the United States is strictly "at-will", meaning either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
Global/GCC Operations: For employees in our global delivery centers (e.g., India), termination policies adhere strictly to local labor laws, including standard probationary periods and mandated notice periods.
Upon termination of employment or contract, whether voluntary or involuntary, all access to BRR Softwares' systems, client data, and the BRR-AI infrastructure is revoked immediately. Ex-employees remain bound by all previously signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Intellectual Property (IP) assignment contracts indefinitely.
