1. Professional Integrity

At BRR Softwares, we are committed to conducting our business with honesty, integrity, and the highest standard of ethical behavior. This applies to all employees, contractors, and staff operating within our miniGCC setups.

2. Anti-Bribery and Corruption

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. Employees and partners must not offer, promise, give, or accept any bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments when securing software development contracts or participating in the Startup/Incubator programs.

3. Inclusive Workplace

We foster a diverse and inclusive environment across our global offices (India, USA) and training centers. Discrimination or harassment of any kind based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.
