BRR Softwares is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business, including our miniGCC operations and software development centers in India and the USA.

2. Supply Chain Due Diligence

We evaluate our technology partners, cloud providers, and recruitment agencies to ensure they adhere to international fair labor standards. We expect all our partners and suppliers to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes.

3. Employee Training

Our HR and procurement teams are trained to identify the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, ensuring we maintain an ethical workforce for all Career Building Programs (CBP) and internal hiring.
