1. Work Culture and Flexibility

BRR Softwares embraces a modern, flexible work culture. Whether you are part of our core team in the USA, operating out of our India development centers, or working fully remote as part of a miniGCC, we prioritize output and communication over strict office hours.

2. Full-Time vs. Part-Time Engagements

Full-Time: Expected to maintain standard core availability hours (as defined by their specific project or miniGCC client timezone overlaps). Full-time staff are provided with standard corporate equipment and comprehensive benefits.

Part-Time & Contractors: Enjoy fully asynchronous flexibility, provided all project milestones and Jira sprint commitments are met. Expectations regarding equipment and specific working hours will be outlined in individual contracts.

3. Remote Work Security Expectations

All remote team members must ensure a secure, private working environment with reliable internet access, especially when handling sensitive client data or accessing the BRR-AI infrastructure. Use of unapproved public Wi-Fi without the corporate VPN is strictly prohibited to ensure maximum data protection.
