Service Level Agreement

Our commitment to service uptime and reliability.

1. Uptime Commitment

BRR Softwares commits to a 99.9% uptime for our core SaaS products (BrrLMS, BrrCRM) and the BRR-AI Enterprise Platform during any given billing cycle.

2. Maintenance Windows

Scheduled maintenance, including updates to our AI models, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) patches, and Oracle/Salesforce environment upgrades, will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and typically occur during off-peak hours.

3. Service Credits

If we fail to meet the 99.9% uptime commitment, eligible enterprise customers may request service credits. Service credits are calculated as a percentage of the monthly subscription fee based on the duration of the downtime.
